RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Ellie's Finishing Touches we do not offer refunds.
Once the order has been placed you have the right to cancel if you contact us with in 12 hours of placing the order. You can do so by emailing or calling 01708737578
After 12 hours of placing the order you can no longer cancel.
If the item is from our stock then you may exchange for an item of the same value however the customer will be responsible for all postage costs to return the item. If the item is being returned it must be wrapped in original packaging including the outer box as if it arrives with us damaged we are not liable for this and will just have to send it back to you. We also advise that the item is sent back with insurance as if the item gets lost we cannot be held responsible and you will need to claim for this.
Bespoke items can not be returned or exchanged
If the item is something we have to specially order in then it is not available to exchange. (This is usually larger items such as furniture, lighting and mirrors.)
A lot of items are very fragile and are always handled with care by our specialist furniture delivery company, however on some occasions an order can be damaged in transit, Due to this we ask that items are opened and checked on the day of delivery. If there happens to be a problem then please email us immediately with photos of the damage and we will strive to resolve this.
With larger items such as sofas, we advise that you check dimensions prior to ordering to make sure that it will fit in the property/ chosen room.
When ordering you are confirming that you have ensured this problem will not occur
In the event that you unfortunately cannot get the item into your home we cannot take any responsibility for this. You are then liable to deal with the problem and we cannot take the item(s) back.
