When purchasing an item from Ellie's Finishing Touches Ltd, we can assure you the highest standard of product quality.


Before an item is sent out for delivery we will personally check the item thouroughly to ensure that there are no faults and that everything is perfect and as described. Whether this may be accessories, furniture or flowers the same quality check procedure will aply.


After every item is checked, if packaging is involved, we will reseal, sign and date to provide proof of our quality check.


Once the item is posted, the care for the product is out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the delivery service. 


Due to this, we advise you to open and check your item(s) the same day that you receive your delivery. If anything has been damaged during transit please immediately inform us by contacting elliesfinishingtouches@gmail.com with images of the fault.
